diligenceacademy

A chauffeur stands beside a black car on an airfield while a helicopter lifts off behind him

chauffeurs, trained like a task force.

a roaming training cadre for state, diplomatic and luxury fleets. we come to you, select your best drivers in a single day, and train them to one standard: swiss precision, french manners, and a soldier’s patience.

01

the problem

the cars are perfect. the airports are perfect. the suites are perfect. the weak link is the person at the wheel.

fortunes go into fleets, terminals and hotels. then the guest is met by someone scrolling a phone.

02

doctrine

military in the mind, not in the muscles. we want fit drivers, but what we train is commitment, focus and self-control.

pillar 1

mindset

a soldier’s patience

long, unpredictable hours, without complaint and without a screen. the client’s schedule is the mission.

  • endurance on standby
  • discipline without supervision
  • zero tolerance for misplaced banter

pillar 2

manners

french elegance

social, but not too much. friendly, with boundaries. dressed correctly at hour fourteen as at hour one. in one word: smart.

  • grooming and dress
  • protocol and discretion
  • reading the room

pillar 3

mechanics

swiss precision

we strip out bad habits and rebuild the basics until they are second nature.

  • reversing and tight manoeuvres
  • the straight park, every time
  • braking the client never feels
A long row of black cars parked in a perfect line on a lawn, with trees and a lake behind
parked straight. all of them.

waiting is most of the job. so we teach it.

the standby protocol: how to set up a cabin for hours of waiting, keep food, drinks and papers out of sight, and hand back a car that looks untouched the moment the client returns.

03

phase zéro

one day of selection before any training. it protects your budget, and it gives the right candidates a reason to want in.

we read the tie knot and the shoes before the first word. then come two questions. we keep them to ourselves.

  1. morning

the standardwhat the job really is, who it serves, and what we will not accept. the ones who lean in, stay.
  2. midday

the diagnostica walk around the car, a reversing course, one park. three minutes say most of what we need to know.
  3. afternoon

the waitphones are collected. the cabin is set up for a two-hour standby. then the wait begins, and we watch.
  4. evening

the invitationcandid feedback for everyone. an invitation to the full programme for those who earned it.

nobody buys their way in. the programme is by invitation, and that is exactly why people want it.

04

deployment

we don’t build a school. we bring one. your fleet, your grounds, your people, our cadre.

  1. the auditwe come on site to see your fleet, your routines and your standards as they are today.
  2. phase zéroyour drivers go through the selection day, in cohorts, so the training budget goes to those who can carry it.
  3. the programmeseveral weeks on site, on your own cars and grounds: mindset, manners, mechanics, and the standby protocol.
  4. the captainsthe best of each class are certified as captains, to hold the standard after we leave. we come back to audit and recertify.

what an engagement covers

  • the deploymentbringing the cadre to your country, audit included
  • certificationper candidate, through the full programme
  • the yearly licenceaudits, refreshers and recertification, to keep the standard alive

05

built for

institutions for whom one bad arrival costs more than a whole training programme.

the academy grows out of DILIGENCE, the logistics task force of extra+action, which plans and runs ground transport for state visits, summits and major events. everything we teach, we have needed on the ground.
